Attendance report¶
The Report page shows check-ins and check-outs for the selected month, the planned shift of every day, worked time after the statutory break, overtime and the month summary – fund, balance, working-time account and month closing status.
Period and person¶
- Month and year – pick them in the top row.
- Employee – managers and HR can pick an employee; everyone else sees their own data.
The report always shows real records. The system never generates times (e.g. 08:00–16:30 without a check-in) – working-time records must reflect reality.
Check-in, check-out and project¶
In the Today's attendance box:
- Project – the project you are working on (new and active projects are offered). Optional.
- What I am working on / what I did – a short work description.
- Check-in / Check-out – the time is set by the server, not by the device.
- Switch project – closes the running record and books time on the new project from now on.
- Save to record – changes project or description of the running record without checking out.
- Night shift – a check-out after midnight closes yesterday's check-in.
If the company requires location or has allowed places (geofencing), the browser asks for your location. A check-in outside the zone is either flagged (pin icon in the table) or rejected, depending on settings.
Day table¶
- Plan – the day's shift (code and time), "Day off" or "Holiday". The plan defines the day's fund.
- Start / End – check-in and check-out times (click a time with the pin to open the map).
- Project / work – projects and work description; click to edit project and description of each record of the day.
- Total – worked time after the break; orange +time is overtime.
- Interruption – deducted break and absences of the day.
Break¶
After more than 6 hours of work (SK § 91, CZ § 88 of the Labour Code) a 30-minute break (or the shift's break) is deducted. Pauses between check-ins count towards it. HR sets the rules in Attendance settings.
Overtime¶
Overtime is time above the day's fund (absences included) or all work on a day off or a public holiday. It can be switched off in settings (then only the balance is tracked).
Summary¶
- Working days, worked days, absence days, empty days.
- Total time – worked time + absences that fill the fund (vacation, sick leave, doctor…).
- Fund – sum of daily funds from the shift plan; without shifts Mon–Fri × weekly hours from the profile / 5.
- Balance – total time minus the fund for the whole month; Balance to date – in the running month only up to today.
- Time account – sum of balances since tracking started incl. HR adjustments (overtime payout, time off in lieu, opening balance).
- Overtime, night work, Saturday, Sunday, holiday work – basis for payroll premiums.
- Meal vouchers (days) – days above the threshold (SK more than 4 h, CZ at least 3 h).
- Absences by reason and Time by project.
Month closing¶
The Month closing box shows Open, Submitted or Approved. The employee clicks Confirm month, the manager or HR Approve and lock. A submitted month can be reopened by the manager, an approved one only by HR. In a submitted month the employee cannot change records; in an approved month nobody can.
Editing records¶
- Employees can change only the project and work description of their records.
- HR or the manager can add a missing check-in/out (manual record) or delete a record in the day window. Manual records are marked "man." and the history keeps who entered or deleted them.
Export¶
Export downloads the employee's month as XLSX incl. overtime, premium hours and meal vouchers. The payroll export for all employees is on the Month closing page.
Absence attachments¶
On the day of return from an absence a warning icon (required attachment missing) or a paperclip (attachment uploaded) may appear; click it to manage attachments.
