Asset detail

Clicking a row in the asset list or the View icon opens the asset detail – the page with the selected item’s card. All data in one place: name, serial number, category, purchase date, price, supplier, owner, warranty, and custom fields. In the detail you can add a comment or attachment and download a generated PDF.

Top section

Back to list, item name, Edit button (pop-up). Basic data: category, serial number, purchase date, price, supplier, owner, warranty until, status. Custom fields if defined.

Comments and attachments

Comments – add internal notes to the item (chronological with date and author). Attachments – upload files (invoice, warranty), download or delete. PDF – generate an overview of the item for print or archive. Visibility and edit rights depend on permissions; a regular user sees only assets assigned to them.
