Import and export shipments

Export – on the Post page or in the menu there is a link to export. According to current filters a file with the list of shipments is generated (format depends on implementation – e.g. CSV, XLSX) for download.

Import – in the menu Post → Import shipments (or Import link) a page opens to upload a file. The template or file format depends on the carrier and system configuration – typically CSV with columns for carrier, tracking number, subject, date, etc. After upload the system processes the file and adds shipments to the register. It is recommended to check the list after import.
