Sending an e-invoice¶
The outgoing invoice detail has an E-invoice (Peppol) block in the right column with the delivery status and sending.
Steps¶
- Click Send as e-invoice.
- Innovanet checks the customer in the Peppol network. The customer Peppol ID comes from the address book, otherwise it is derived from the customer's tax ID (
0245:DIČ); type a different ID, click Check and you can save it to the address book. A customer outside the Peppol network cannot be reached. - Validate – ePoštár checks the document against the Peppol BIS 3.0 rules and lists errors with the rule code. Nothing is sent.
- Send – the invoice is sent. The status refreshes automatically every 15 minutes or with Refresh status.
Statuses¶
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Preparing | ePoštár accepted the document and prepares sending. |
| Sent | The document left for the customer's access point. |
| Delivered | The customer confirmed delivery. |
| Sent, no confirmation | Delivered, no confirmation received. |
| Temporary failure, retrying | ePoštár retries sending. |
| Not delivered / Rejected by the recipient | The reason is shown. Fix it and Send again. |
An invoice that is on its way or delivered cannot be sent a second time.
