Attendance settings¶
Attendance module settings are in Settings: in the sidebar choose Settings and category Attendance. The page has tabs:
- Settings – default approver for absence requests (e.g. HR); checkbox “Require GPS location for clock-in/clock-out" – direct punch stores coordinates; if user denies location, they can choose "Punch without location" (record as manual). Report shows warnings and icon on rows with missing location.
- Reasons – absence types (holiday, sick, home office…): name (SK, EN, CS), color, icon, count in days/hours, auto-approve, Require attachment after return, approval for management, allow weekend, Counts as worked?, No limit (types without a fund limit are not deducted; for limited types, per-user amounts are set under Users). Add, edit, delete.
- Users – who has attendance enabled; add user from tenant, legislation (SK/CZ), fund limits (days/hours) per type with a limit. Attendance only users are shown with an orange badge and have access only to the Attendance module.
Working-time rules (Settings tab)¶
Below the global parameters HR sets the calculation rules (defaults follow the SK/CZ Labour Code):
- Standard day start – for employees without shifts (08:00 by default).
- Break after / break length – 30 minutes after 360 minutes of work; pauses between check-ins count.
- Overtime calculation – above the daily fund / work on a day off, or off.
- Night work from – to – 22:00–06:00 by default.
- Meal voucher from (min/day) – SK 241 (more than 4 h), CZ 180 (at least 3 h).
- Absence reason for vacation – used for the statutory entitlement (see Month closing and payroll).
- Allowed check-in locations (geofencing) – off, warn and flag, or block check-ins outside a zone. Add zones (name, coordinates, radius) right here.
Only HR / attendance admins can change rules, reasons, funds and users. Shifts are planned in Shift planning.
