Assets by users

The Assets by users view shows registered assets grouped by who they are assigned to – by employee or by label (e.g. warehouse, department). Useful for inventories, handover or return of assets, or when you need a quick printout of what a given employee has.

How it works

The left panel lists users (employees) and optionally labels. A search field lets you find a name or label quickly. When you click an employee or label, the right side shows the list of assets assigned to that owner.

Handover protocol (PDF)

For the selected owner you can generate a handover protocol in PDF – a document for receiving or returning assets (e.g. when an employee joins or leaves). In the pop-up you choose type: Receive or Return and language (SK, CS, EN). After confirming, a PDF is generated with the list of items and space for signatures.

Employee asset card (PDF)

Employee asset card – a PDF overview of all assets assigned to the selected employee. Used for internal documentation or HR. Choose the PDF language in the dialog before generating. Use cases: inventory, onboarding/offboarding, audit.
