Sending an e-invoice

The outgoing invoice detail has an E-invoice (Peppol) block in the right column with the delivery status and sending.

Steps

  1. Click Send as e-invoice.
  2. Innovanet checks the customer in the Peppol network. The customer Peppol ID comes from the address book, otherwise it is derived from the customer's tax ID (0245:DIČ); type a different ID, click Check and you can save it to the address book. A customer outside the Peppol network cannot be reached.
  3. Validate – ePoštár checks the document against the Peppol BIS 3.0 rules and lists errors with the rule code. Nothing is sent.
  4. Send – the invoice is sent. The status refreshes automatically every 15 minutes or with Refresh status.
